The band
Scott Sanders
(Drums, Vocals)
Playing drums and percussion for nearly 45 years, Scott hails from Long Island NY’s Rock Circuit and gives groove and tempo priority in his playing. On many songs he shifts into higher gears, moving the music quite effortlessly, from a static beat into an amorphous jazz influenced thunder storm, with tom tom fills that thrill. His dynamic playing coupled with tedious attention to the original nuances of song make Scott the special maniac that he is and keeps the band on their toes.
Experience: The Unlimited Band, Vision, The Cellar Dwellers, The Haks, The Early Bird Special, and Bound to Cover
Influences: Born too late to see the Beatles in concert but, has seen the Stones, Dead and Allmans perform at over 200 shows combined. Also loves The Who, Pink Floyd and Santana too.
Pat Kiernan
(Lead Vocals)
Living in Florida for over 25 years, Pat has at least two decades of showmanship experience. His vocals come complete with the feelings and inflections true to the original artists’ intentions. His love of the music and great story telling capability come solidly through the microphone. He indulges the crowd like a great frontman, emitting a splendid but balanced mix of friendly comaraderie with artist mystique that keeps fans riveted. With endless energy and soul, Pat keeps the crowd wishing that the night would never end.
Experience: The Joe Paris Project, POI, and South Florida’s very own Knucklehead
Influences: Punk rock, Metal rock and blues of any kind. Still a proud member of the South Florida Blues Society
Ron Kolber
(Guitar, Vocals)
Our most accomplished musician also happens to be the most modest. Ron has been playing smokin’ hot guitar from Boston to San Fransisco in the 1980s and, in the 90s, you may have seen him somewhere between NYC and Miami. His authentic familiarity of the music allows for ripping solos as well as melodic improvisational jams that make him a crowd favorite. Proficient in playing banjo and mandolin, Ron greatly enjoys playing bluegrass and country whenever he can.
Experience: The Haks, The Earlybird Special, and Bound to Cover
Influences: Of course the Rolling Stones, Grateful Dead, the Beatles, but especially the Allman Bros. However, Neill Young runs a close second.
Jon Gaimon
(Keyboards, Vocals)
Jon is the music maven of the band, figuring out the technical stuff and applying music theory that makes us true to the songs’ original arrangements, Then he injects the passion of the Hammond B3 organ into the mix and gives us that distinct sound that no other band in South Florida has. Jon also plays a mean keyboard with the same passion and fun. He’s new to the Florida scene after spending most of his time on the NY “family” circuit.
Experience: Co founder of The Unlimited Band and School of Life
Influences: John Lennon, Bob Dylan, The Doors and all music from the Woodstock era like The Grateful Dead, Neil Young and Joe Cocker
Dwain Randall
(Bass and Guitar)
Dwain is the only native born Floridian of the band and has spent the last 40 years rocking the local club circuit, His Boogie Woogie walking bass lines keep the bands groove in the pocket and the band focused. He is a natural on bass but is quite capable on guitar, his first passion.
Experience: Knucklehead, Fifth Sunday and Holy Head
Influences: The Beatles, Led Zeppelin and Country Gospel
Jason “Professor” Tuve
(Rhythm and Vocals)
Jason is a seasoned 30 year veteran guitarist and his attention to detail from the original tunes legitimizes the band’s claim as an awesome “Multi Tribute band”. Hailing from NY, he has honed his craft as sound engineer, musician, and actual professor in Florida for the past 25 years. Jason’s super strong and steady rhythm playing captivates audiences from beginning to end.
Experience: Various Beatle Tibute bands from NY
Influences: The Beatles, Buddy Holly, Chuck Berry, Bob Dylan, Bo Diddley and Elvis (both of them)
